Partnering & Working TogetherIdaho Trial Rider ATV.jpg (620770 bytes)

The Association works closely with the State of Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation to develop new ATV trails and assists in maintaining existing ones. The Association also works with the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management in developing the trail system for Idaho's OHV riders. "Working together to keep the roads and trails open for all."

Planning where we need to clean the trails!

For information about partnering with the Idaho Department of Parks & Recreation with our Trail Maintenance Program, see Trail Information.

Partnering on Projects

On Saturday, April 1, several Chapters came together to help the Owyhee Country Sheriff install 66 road signs on the Reynolds Creek Road.  See Ride Photo Album, 2006 on April 1- Hemmingway Butte Work Crew and see all the action.  Members from SIDRA also assisted.  Another example of partnering.

Working Together

Here are a couple of photos that demonstrate how Mountain Sheep and even cows are not affected by ATV riders.  These photos were taken in the Owyhees in 2004 by one of our members.  This shows that we can live and play in the same area together!  All we want are the existing roads and trails be left open for all to use.
