  Submitting Your Photos

1 - Scrapbook of Photos and Journal Entries:

If you would like to submit photos and a story about your ride for the website, please use MS WORD or PUBLISHER to display your ride photos and add your story.

As shown on the template, please include the name of the ride, chapter name, date of ride/event, ride leader, who wrote the story and provided the photos.  Set up your page to be Portrait and please keep the background white (uses less colored ink when people print them out). Click on one of the following examples or use as a template.  Be sure to open the document, print off a copy of the instructions, and save the document to your hard drive with a different name.  You can work from this document.

Please note that appropriate safety gear (helmets) should be visible on any pictures when the ATVs are moving.  Pictures must also demonstrate responsible ATV riding practices. We will convert your story to a PDF file in order to post on the web.

NOTE: We also reserve the right to not publish all photos and stories submitted due to space, appropriateness, and grammar. You have also given up all rights to your documents.  You also must be an active member of one of the chapters under the Idaho ATV Association.  Please submit your chapter name. Thank you for helping us make our site enjoyable by all.

 

2 - GPS Ride Maps:

If you wish to submit a map tracking your ride by using your GPS, please feel free to send this document along with your ride journal. Your document must be letter size-81/2 x 11".

No more than two pages.  Use MS WORD or PUBLISHER to send in your document.  We must be able to convert your story to a PDF file in order to post on the web.

Don't forget to add the ride location and date on your map.  

3 - E-Mail In Your Stories:

E-mail your photos and story to Newsletter Coordinator.
